fluidor-spark provides financial education programs for children and teenagers in Birmingham, United Kingdom. Our services include workshops, courses, mentoring sessions, and family programs designed to teach money management skills.
Enrollment and Payment Terms
Enrollment Process
To enroll in our programs, you must:
- Be a parent or legal guardian of the child participant
- Provide accurate and complete enrollment information
- Be at least 18 years old
Payment
Payment for programs is due at the time of enrollment unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing. All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- More than 14 days before program start: Full refund minus £15 administrative fee
- 7-14 days before program start: 50% refund
- Less than 7 days before program start: No refund, but you may transfer to a future session subject to availability
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests subject to availability. Last-minute cancellations may forfeit the session.
Program Participation
Participant Conduct
Participants are expected to:
- Treat instructors and fellow participants with respect
- Arrive on time for sessions
- Participate actively and constructively
- Follow facility rules and safety guidelines
Removal from Program
We reserve the right to remove a participant from a program if their behavior is disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe. In such cases, no refund will be provided.
Intellectual Property
All content on this Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and course materials, is the property of fluidor-spark or its content suppliers and is protected by UK and international copyright laws.
